Dr. Arantxa is a dedicated and passionate primary health care practitioner who completed her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University in 2012. Arantxa treated patients in Melbourne’s west for many years before founding Osteowise Health Care.
Arantxa’s osteopathic consults focus on treating the source of your pain with a hands-on approach. Her treatment style includes a variety of techniques like soft-tissue work, joint mobilization and manipulation along with relevant lifestyle and exercise advice. When necessary, her treatments do in cooperate dry needling from which she finds good results.
She firmly believes that patient education and rehabilitation is vital to the recovery of all musculoskeletal, work and sports injuries. Arantxa’s special interests include pregnancy care, headaches, back pain and jaw issues.

Dr. Christopher Hughes has a passion for sport, movement and human anatomy which lead him to complete a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Chris has been heavily involved in sport his whole life, which allows him to acknowledge the importance of optimal function of the body as a whole. Using this approach, Chris focuses on being a structural osteopath with an emphasis on soft tissue work, joint articulation and joint manipulation. He has also furthered his skills in Dry Needling which he uses where appropriate.
In the clinic, Chris takes a particular interest to exercise and sport specific rehabilitation, lower limb complaints, headaches, and loves to see people smash their health and fitness goals.

Dr. Nicholas Cipri’s interest in Osteopathy initially started in his teens, being involved in the tennis world at an elite level where injuries were common. This ignited his appreciation for the field and went on to complete his Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. He enjoys helping individuals of all ages, occupations and fitness levels. He is driven to identify people’s potential to achieve or exceed their goals. Nicholas understands the importance of movement and function to both life and wellbeing. He achieves great satisfaction by guiding people on their health journey. Through a detailed functional assessment focused on mobility, he strives to achieve an understanding of each person’s body. He aims to identify the origin of pain, what has caused it to occur and how best to help. Nicholas’ practice encompasses a structural, direct approach which entails a variety of techniques including deep tissue mobilization, articulation of joints, muscle energy techniques and manipulation.
Nicholas understands the importance of movement and function to both and wellbeing. He achieves great satisfaction by guiding people on their health journey.
